Position: Founder and Managing Partner

Lazuardi is the Founder and Managing Partner of LHP (Strategic Legal Counsellors). His experience spans a wide range of areas, including but not limited to commercial litigation—particularly banking dispute cases—bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment (PKPU), competition and antitrust, as well as capital market matters.

He is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), a licensed Capital Market Legal Consultant registered with the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) through the Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (HKHSK), a licensed Receiver and Administrator for bankruptcy cases registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through the Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (AKPI), and a certified Antitrust Lawyer recognized by the Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (Asosiasi Advokat Persaingan Usaha Indonesia)
