As a Senior Associate at LHP (Strategic Legal Counsellors), Dani has handled general litigation, bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment (PKPU), as well as contract drafting for joint venture agreements and debt restructuring agreements for several years. He is also a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and is licensed as a Receiver and Administrator for bankruptcy cases by the Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (AKPI), registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
