As a Senior Associate at LHP (Strategic Legal Counsellors), Aditya focuses on general corporate matters. He has handled and advised clients on various corporate issues, including restructuring, asset acquisitions and sales, as well as mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), for several years. He is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and a licensed Capital Market Legal Consultant registered with the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) through the Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (HKHSK).
